He was predeceased by : his parents, William Joseph Gallagher and Anna Marie Todhunter. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis; his stepsons, Mark (Rhonda) and David McManus; his granddaughter Harmony Longstreth; his great grandchild Dr. Morgan Longstreth (Max Frankenberry); his children, William Joseph "Bill" (Deborah) and Ann Marie (Tom Byers); and his grandsons, William Joseph "Billy" Gallagher IV and Scott Michael Byers (Tarah).
