She was predeceased by: her father James L Coey; and her former husband Todd. She is survived by: her mother Wilma Mae Shadley Coey of Chillicothe; her children, Cyrus W. Horsley, III and Sadie Horsley of Thurman; and her grandson Andrew Sandell. She is also survived by brother; 2 sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
