She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Alford and Geraldine Joy Foreman Vanmeter; her husband Jack Chambers; her daughter Diana Lynn Neal Salser; and her brother Larry Vanmeter.
She is survived by: her son Harley A. Neal of Thurman, Ohio; and her grandsons, Justin Edward Roush of Parkersburg, WV, Dylan James Roush of Marble Falls, TX and Gregory Eugene Pullins of Cheshire, Ohio. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
