Andy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Andy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Cardenas and Dorothy Cardenas (Scherger); and his sisters, Jane, Virginia and Susan.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Franklin). He is also survived by his spouse, children, and grandchildren, as well as two beloved nieces, several in-laws, many cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Andy's memory to the Seneca County Foster Care program (Christmas fund) located in the Department of Job and Family Services building at 900 E. County Rd. 20, Tiffin, OH.
