She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Gorman and Catherine Gorman (O'Gorman); her husband Howard Frazier; and her siblings, Patrick, Johnny, Jimmy Gorman, Kathryn "Kitty" Hurley and Winnie Omlor.
She is survived by: her children, John Frazier (Kim) of Alliance, Catherine Demith (Tim) of Tiffin, Alice Frazier-Snook (John) of Willard and Annie Daniel (Mike) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Howard (Brooke), Meghan, Kevin Frazier, Johnny (Logan), Catherine, Alice, Timothy Demith, Annie Dennis (Andrew), Winnie, Patrick, Raymond Snook, Christopher, Bridget (David Dornauer) and Robert Daniel; her great grandchild Toni Elizabeth Demith; her sister Genevieve Galvin of Findlay; and her sister-in-law Wilma Ellis of Macomb, MI..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory (236 S Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883). A wake was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Hoffmann - Gottfried - Mack Funeral Service (236 S Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (36 Melmore St, Tiffin, OH 44883).
