She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Michaels and Lorene Michaels (Keller); her foster parents, Harold Collet and Loretta Collet (Fleck); her husband Louis B. Borer; and her siblings, Charles Michaels, James Michaels, Don Seitz, Louisa Brickner and Ruth Downs.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen G. Borer (Marlene Parker) of Tiffin, Anthony J. Borer (Kelly) of Columbus, Theresa M. Dysard (Matthew) of Tiffin and Angela R. Meek (Brian) of Broadview Heights; her brother Ian Hurst of Fostoria; her siblings-in-law, Richard Downs of Tiffin and Dianne Moehrman of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Sebastian Borer (Mariah), Gavin, Jaidyn Borer, Ella, Lilly Dysard, Adler, Evelyn Meek, Matthew Fields and Kyle Stewart; and her friend Jesus. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
