He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Taylor and Beverly Taylor (Haudenshild); his daughter Avery Rose Taylor; and his sister Valerie Cap. He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Taylor of Fostoria and Alysa Taylor of Fostoria; his sister Amy Somers of Tiffin; and his former wife Heather Blanton of Fostoria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
