She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy K. Smith and Opal M. Smith (Rhoad); her daughter Jodie K. Frankart; her brothers, Jerry Smith and Danny Smith; and her grandson Jerry Murgolo.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond J. Frankart (Donna) of Inverness, FL, Brian Steinhauser (Danielle) of Sylvania, Teresa SanGregory (Matt) of Upper Sandusky and Krista Cook (Randy) of Tiffin; her sisters, Carol Niedzwiecki of Crystal River, FL. and Marvene Vitt of Fostoria, OH; her grandchildren, Michael Cook (Kristi), Mark SanGregory, Tony SanGregory, Troy Frankart (Sarah), Zack Steinhauser and Dawn Flores; and her great grandchildren, Leif, Kerrigan, Alyssa, Jasmine, Colson and Jenifer.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio, Heartland Hospice, or the staff at Elmwood at The Shawhan.
