She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shuey and Pauline DeTray (Hamrick); her husband Bernard Joseph "Bud" Fate Jr.; and her brothers, Richard and Paul DeTray (Jean).
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Riley (Michael) of Tiffin, Kathleen McKee (Dale) of Tiffin, Diane Ziegler (Charles) of Mechanicsburg, Ohio and Amy Pollock (Bill) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; her grandchildren, Natalie Pendell (Jeff), Adam Riley (Aleksandra), Sara Bame (Erik), Zachary Ziegler (Emily Cullinan), Nicholas Ziegler (Kaci), Paige Ziegler and Joseph Ziegler; and her great grandchildren, Carlin, Annika, Dylan, Aiden, Jarrett and Ellie.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvert Catholic Schools or given to the family in support of those in need at Christmas through Christmas Angels, one of Donna's favorite charities.
