He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Frankart and Millie Frankart (Pahl); and his brothers, Denny and Bruce Frankart. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Miklavic (Brian) of Tiffin, Charlie Frankart (Maygan) of Tiffin and Brad Frankart (Amy) of McCutchenville; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Izzy, Alyssa Miklavic, Millie, Carlie Frankart, Jordyn and Paityn Frankart; and his brothers, Steve Frankart (Dee) of Bloomville, Randy Frankart (Nancy) of Bloomville, Greg Frankart (Bonnie) of Bloomville, Larry Frankart (Andrea) of Republic and Brian Frankart (April) of Tiffin.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home (3085 OH-19, Bloomville, OH 44818). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Tiffin (36 Melmore St, Tiffin, OH 44883).
