It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edwin G. Young of Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sr. Young and Coletta Young (Daymude); his wife Pamela M. (Stauffer); and his sister June Bechtel. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Young (Leah) of Gibsonburg, Jai Young (Angela) of Tiffin, Jason Young (Jill) of Tiffin, Jody Young of Tiffin, Josette Heschel (Michael) of Tiffin and Jill Depinet (Douglas) of Bloomville; his close friend Betty Brady of Tiffin; and his siblings, Clifford Young of Fostoria, Gerald Young of Cincinnati and Kay Hutchins of Texas. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home (3085 OH-19, Bloomville, OH 44818). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Farewell Retreat Cemetery (519 OH-19, Republic, OH 44867).
