He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Margaret Smith (Snyder); and his siblings, John, Albert Smith and Mille Holmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Smith of Bloomville, Mickey Stahl of Tiffin and Gail Rochester (Dave) of Tiffin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
