We announce the death of Jeffrey Lynn Moss (Tiffin, Ohio), who passed away on August 22, 2026. Jeffrey will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Jeffrey’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Poland and Eloise Poland; his partner Jamie Gibson; his children, Keegan Moss (Mackenzie), Gerret Moss (Emily), Kelsi Moss, Brittany Gibson (Pete), Alexis Russell (Sean) and Chandler Herr; and his brothers, Richard Moss (Kim) and Brian Moss (Michelle). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two bonus grandchildren.
