He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Spencer and Donna Spencer (Kiser); his wife Sherry Spencer (Bell); his mother-in-law Joyce Bell; his brothers, Warren and Rick Spencer; his sons, Mark Spencer and Scott Spencer (Bridget); his siblings' child Michele Spencer-Riedel (Tim); his grandchildren, Kayla Spencer, Zach Kalafsky, Raven Spencer, Madisyn Magill (Christian), Falon Spencer, Josh Riedel (Rachel) and Zach Riedel (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Renlee, Rowan, Everly, Beckham, Bearette, Coleson, Iliza, Adaline, Colter and Lukas.
