He is survived by: his children, Stephen Bell (Linda) of Tiffin, Michelle Swander of Fostoria, Janice Allen (Ken) of Bloomville and Daniel Bell (Andrea) of Etna; and his siblings, Bernard Bell of Tiffin and Maryann Saad. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
