He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard O. Blum and Dorothy A. Blum (Greene). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blum of Tiffin; his sons, Jon Blum, Jr. (Lisa) of York, PA, Kevin Blum (Heather) of Waxhaw and Mark L. Blum (Kristen) of Atlanta, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Luke, Ethan, Ellie, Casey, Tanner, Kenzie, Karter, Cameron, Grant and Morgan.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church.
