She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Perna and Vita Perna (Fortunato); her former husband Joseph R. Hunter; her husband Barry E. Wade; her son Terry Hunter (Denise); her grandson Nicholas Hunter; and her siblings, Carmie Fabrizio, Natty Kistler, Connie Corrado, John Perna and Joe Perna.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel R. Hunter (Sandie) of Issaquah, Steven L. Hunter (Lori) of Brooklyn, Joseph R. Hunter (Maureen) of Sandusky, Scott Wade (Shelly) of Canal Winchester, Ann M. Ott (Tim), Karen L. Hunter of Tiffin, Christina E. Hunter of Findlay and Teresa Wade of Tiffin; and her siblings, Mike Perna (Shirley) of Michigan, Frank Perna (Melinda) of Tiffin, Lenny Perna (Paula) of Tiffin, Mary Reid of Tiffin, Jeanie Adelsperger (Larry) of Tiffin, Margie Hodges of Tiffin and Dolores Herbert (Mike) of Tiffin. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
