She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Duffey and Alice E. Duffey (Long); her husband Charles H. Smith; and her siblings, Harry Jr., Glen, Virgil Duffey, Dick Runion, Ruth Hurt and Frances Feasel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Arnett of Tiffin, Carol Leinwohl of Vermont and Nancy Meadows (Brad) of Sycamore; and her siblings, Dale Duffey of Ada, OH, Bob Runion of Tiffin, Joyce Moyer of Tiffin and Shirley Ann Freeze of Green Springs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
