He is survived by: his children, Andrew Felter (Leslie) of Tiffin, Timothy Felter (Michelle) of Tiffin and Sara Felter (Moskowitz); his grandchildren, Cameron Felter, Hahna Shook, Sidney Felter, Ava Shook, Haley Schlessman (Drake), Nicholas Felter, Hannah Moskowitz, Jack Moskowitz and David Moskowitz; his sister Susan Tanner (Brad) of Tiffin; and his siblings-in-law, Gabi Felter of Rochester, NY and Karl Zalar, Jr. (Julie) of Tipp City, OH..
