He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Betty Smith (Miller); and his half-siblings, Richard, Robert Smith and Beverly Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lochotzki; his children, Michael Aaron Smith of Florida, Satrinya Marie Hensley of Kentucky and Amanda Marie Weiker of Tiffin; his sisters, Freddie Lou Grohnke of Toledo and Jo Lynn Jadwisiak (Dan) of Marblehead; and his grandchildren, Mira Smith of Toledo, Beviin Smith of Findlay and Caitlyn Weiker of Tiffin.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Seneca County Commission (382 S Huron St, Tiffin, OH 44883).
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or the Seneca County Commission on Aging.
