He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roth and Blanche Roth; his wife Nancy Roth; his son Kevin Roth; his siblings, Raymond Roth (Nancy), Paul Roth (Thyra), Jean Reifenschneider (Earl) and Neil Roth; and his great grandchild Beau Schultz.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Roth (Jill) and Amy Somodi (Mark); and his grandchildren, Cory Roth (Chelsea Williams), Casey Chowns (Gary), Callie Cherry (Brandon), Clark Roth (Lacey), Jerod Roth (Shonna), Brooke Piccin (Josh), Megan Schultz (Austin), Lauren Sims (William), Nicholas Somodi (Raegan Harder) and Kara Somodi. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Gnadenhutten Moravian Church in memory of Phil Roth.
