He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Folk and Mary Ann Folk (Matthews); his stepfather Henry "Whitey" Forstner; his brother-in-law Ray Miller; his nephew Arlington Miller; his siblings, Larry Keckler and Linda Sue Keckler; and his stepsister Cheryl Forstner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Monty Folk of Tiffin, Brenda Koepplinger (Mike) of Holland and Julie Clark (Kevin) of Dewey, Ariz.; his sister-in-law Linda Keckler; his siblings' children, Robbie Nickel, Adrian Miller, Alison Urban and Josh Steinmetz; and his stepsiblings, Bill Forstner (Lynn), Darlene Forstner and Jessica Forstner.
Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, F.A.C.T., or the United Veterans Council of Seneca County.
