He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fowler and Gladys Fowler (Fett); and his brother Mike Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fowler (Haugh) of Tiffin; his children, Rocky Fowler (Bridget) of Bascom, Valorie Gillig (Glenn) of Tiffin and Julie Roberts (Dominic) of Port Clinton; his grandchildren, Lori Clouse (Andy) of Tiffin, Christopher Mack (Matthew) of Toledo, Ashley Gregg (Jeremy) of Sycamore and Austin Harrison (Taylor) of Tiffin; his great grandchildren, Michaela, Blake, Adalyn, Rowan, Rosalie, Eloise, Raegan, Blair, Cordelia, Ambrose, Forrest and Harrison; and his brothers, Steve Fowler (Barb) of Massillon and John Fowler (Kathy) of Canton.
