She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bowers and Evelyn Myers (Bretz); and her daughter Casey Elchert. She is survived by: her children, Justin Elchert of California, Jamie Elchert of Columbus, Taylor Elchert (Austin Harrison) of Tiffin and Allie Elchert (Tanner Fisher) of Boston, MA; her siblings, Ronald Bowers of Minnesota and Regina Holland (Bob) of Tiffin; and her stepsister Deborah Weller (Don) of Tiffin. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Casey Elchert Scholarship Fund at Tiffin Community Foundation.
