He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halcomb and Effie Halcomb (Tyree); and his siblings, Douglas Halcomb, June Barger and Joan Woodman.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Rivera (William) of Florida; his grandson Ryan Rivera; his extended family Kelly Guilkey (Steve); and his sister-in-law Sandy Halcomb of Palm Coast, FL..
