She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Kokosky and Helen Kokosky. She is survived by: her children, Paul Breidenbach (Kristina) of New Castle, Rick Breidenbach (Amy) of Tiffin, Candace Linn (Eric) of Hamden, Renee Brents (Kyle) of Weston and Chad Breidenbach (Erin) of Bascom; and her siblings, Winnie Walland (Bill) of Tiffin, Fred Kokosky (Adel) of Newport News, Virginia and Edwin Kokosky (Marilyn) of Monroe, MI.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
