She is survived by: her husband Carleton Belknap, Jr. of Tiffin; her children, Carl D. Belknap (Kris) of Archbold, Daniel W. Belknap (Brenda) of Wisconsin and Melissa S. Frash (Mike DeBene) of Ann Arbor, MI; her sisters, Sandra Rumler (Paul) of Jackson, MI and Cyndi Kamat (Nandu) of Pace, FL; her grandchildren, Kayla, Zach, Carrington, Samantha and Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Langston and Allison.
