He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund C. Balfourd and Florence C. Balfourd (Cook); his wife Elizabeth Balfourd (Dimpert); and his brother Jack Balfourd (Betty). He is survived by: his brother Melvin "Mel" Balfourd (Lillian); and his sibling's children, Beth Ann Duffin and Keith Balfourd.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home (327 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
