He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil L. Dewitt and Darlene N. Dewitt (Lewis); and his brother Larry Dewitt. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dewitt (Durst) of Tipp City; and his children, Angie Dillon (Bobby) of New Carlisle, Jessy Maxwell (Jason) of Tipp City, Bobby Taylor (Jamie) of Tipp City and Ashley Taylor of Tipp City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
