He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown and Pauline Brown (Wells); his son James "Jai" Brown; and his grandparents, Floyd and Mabel Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Melynda "Mindy" Brown (King) of Tipp City; his daughter Missy Brown of Huber Heights; his brother Robin Brown (Susanne) of New Lebanon; and his granddaughters, Autum and Lola Brown of New Carlisle.
