With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Louise Mitchell of Tipp City, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McKinney and Marie McKinney (Nemec); her sister Barbara Potterf; her husbands, Robert E. Bilinski, Sr. and Collis William Mitchell; and her nephew Mitchell Potterf.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Peters Barros and Robert E. "Reb" Bilinski Jr. (Lisa); her grandson Jason Peters (Katina); her great grandchildren, Grace, Owen, Luke, Jonikka Peters, Brandon Peters and Rob Bilinski (Cheryl); her niece Lucy Potterf Tillman; her nephews, Chuck, Mark, Joe and William Potterf; Emily, J. J., Elena, Alex (Tiffanie), Lincoln, Audrey and Ava.
