He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Baltes and Leonard Baltes; his wives, Alice A. Baltes and Ruth Baltes; his son Richard Baltes (Lisa); and his daughter-in-law Debbie Baltes.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Kathleen), Douglas (Shirley), Anthony, Jeffrey (Lisa) and Thomas (Hillary). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Dick to the Alzheimer's Association.
