Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home (327 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the same location.
