He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Clark, Sr. and Cecelia Clark; his former wife Janice Arbogast; and his daughter-in-law Ann Clark. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clark; his children, Judy Erwin (John), Jennifer Clark (Earl Stevens) and David Clark; and his stepdaughter Kim Dennis (Steve). He is also survived by six grandchildren, two step-granddaughters, five great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren.
