It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Eileen Tharp of Tippecanoe, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Faye Eileen Tharp to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bert and Helen Gardner (Weingarth); and her husband William Edward "Spike" Tharp. She is survived by: her children, Bert Tharp (Patty) of Tippecanoe and Vonda Hamilton of Uhrichsville; her brothers, Harvey Gardner and Richard Gardner; her grandchildren, Jacob Tharp, Caleb Tharp, Kristina Patterson (Jason), Megan Sambou (Momodou), Alex Hamilton (Taylor), Brianna Dewalt (Bobby), Samantha Sanders (James) and Emma Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Aisha, Mariama, Aminah, Ibrahim, Khadijah, Fatima Sambou, Parker, Karsyn, Emerson, Adley Hamilton, Bryer, Bailey Dewalt, Landen, James and Avery Sanders; her brothers, Donald, Clifford, John, Kenny and Glen Gardner; and her granddaughter-in-law Tia Tharp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Uhrich - Hostettler English Funeral Home (634 N Water St, Uhrichsville, OH 44683). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rush Community Church of the Nazarene (4941 Rush Church Rd SE, Uhrichsville, OH 44683).
Memorial contributions may be made to Rush Community Church of the Nazarene and the Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department.
