She is survived by: her husband John Forehand; her children, Kim Heydinger (Andy), Kelly Carney (Jack), Jay Forehand (Emily) and Rocky Forehand; her grandchildren, Kyle Carney (Taylor), Adam Heydinger (Cori), Paul Heydinger (Abbigail "Abbie"), Alex Forehand and Jake Forehand; her great grandchild Tegan Carney; and her siblings, Rosa Quaintance (late James "Jim"), Harry Bloomfield (Debbie) and John Bloomfield (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of God of Prophecy in Carrothers, Ohio.
