He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Kelly and Alma Dye (Gayheart); his wife Judith K. Dye (Smith); his sons, Gary Dye and Kelly Dye; his grandson Nathan Rowe; his great great grandchild Lucile Wheeler; his son-in-law Rodney Hale; his siblings, Timothy Dye, Yvonne Kilgore, Jewelldean Dye, Deborah Short, Claudine Dye and Virgil Dye; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Pridemore.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Rowe (Hershel) of Shelby, Sandy Hale of Plymouth, Sharon Rowe (Pastor Fred A.) of Willard and Linda Kuczynski (Brian) of Richfield, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Beth Dye of Van Wert; his siblings, Vernon Dye of McDowell, Kentucky, Lance Dye of McDowell, Kentucky, Clotine Alley of Romulus, Michigan, Diana Conley of McDowell, Kentucky, Loraine Cook (Quincy) of Bevinsville, Kentucky, Genieve Spears of McDowell, Kentucky and Lisa Dye of McDowell, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Larby Jean Dye of Ashland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
