She is survived by: her parents, Dana Dominique (Derek Smead) and Shawn Engelhardt (Mary Ann); her daughter Dallis Rose Juhnke; her siblings, Todd Dominique Jr. (Erica), Devin Dominique (Bianca), Damon Dominique, Brittnany Engelhardt (Justin) and Shawn Engelhardt Jr. (Brittney); and her grandparents, Marsha and David Engelhardt. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
