He is survived by: his parents, James Robert Mizen and Ann Elizabeth Mizen (Marshall); his wife Kiley Culkowski; his pets, Gizmo, Asia and Dawkins; his parents-in-law, Kevin and Nancy Culkowski (Nerowski); his sister Sarah Reese (Brett); his siblings' children, Jonas, Lillian and Nolan; his brother Daniel Mizen (Lindsay); his sisters-in-law, Amanda Culkowski and Nikki Culkowski (Ryan); his nephew Edwin; and his sisters-in-law, Brittany Culkowski (Garret) and Kelsey Culkowski (Mike).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
