Phenix; his children, Tiffany Ann Phenix of Toledo, OH, Jason Phenix of Toledo, OH and Ron Jones (Toni) of Lancaster, TX; his grandsons, Tahj Blanks-Phenix and Jason A. Phenix of Toledo, OH; his siblings, Jesse Phenix, Mary Phenix, Bobbie Gipson of Toledo, OH, Melvin Phenix and Linda DeGrate of Monroe, LA; and his in-laws, Jennett, Larry Waters, Sam, Gloria Blash, Mattie, Alger Coleman, Betty Mitchell, Lucy Stuckey, Bob Blash, Ruth Blash, Albert Blash, Tracy, Pam Blash, Betty Blash, Wilma Phenix of Toledo, OH, Vernon Wesley and Wallace Gipson of Baton Rouge, LA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
