He is survived by: his father Mike; his wife Nicki; his stepchildren, Alexis and Cole; his mother Carol; and his sisters, Amie McGee (Bill), Angie Jakob, April Markiewitz (Dan) and Alissa Hunt (Chris). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and three great-nephews and one great-niece.
