As Angela departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Angela may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Angela leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her son Angelo Joseph "Joey". She is survived by: her husband Harold Franks; her daughters, Teresa Chalupa and Michelle Franks; and her grandson Andrew Chalupa.
Later in life, she continued her mission through the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), sponsored by the Toledo Police Department's Traffic Safety Division.
