He was predeceased by: his father LaVern Meyer. He is survived by: his daughter Rylee Meyer; his wife Candace Meyer; his mother Sandra Meyer (Ron Wotring); his sister Dawn LaFountain (Rick); his stepmother Johnnie Meyer; and his nieces and nephews, Austin Fry, Hunter and Harper.
Memorial donations in Tony's name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to the charity of the donor's choice.
