He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Portillo and Elfida Portillo (Guerra); and his brother Juan. He is survived by: his brothers, Edwards, Michael (Rose) and Gary L. Portillo (Rachel); his close friends, John and Laura Mettler; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and 9 great nieces and nephews.
