He was predeceased by: his mother Lynda Eiseman (Gladish); his grandfathers, Bill Gladish (Norma) and Bill Eiseman; and his uncles, Mike Raimondo and Bill Robbins.

He is survived by: his father William Eiseman (Lyn); his son Ronan; his brothers, Bill Eiseman (Sarah) and Jason Eiseman (Kristin); his grandmother Norma J. Eiseman; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Robbins, Sandy Cory (Dave), Debbie Raimondo, Tim Eiseman (Sue) and Sandy Conrad (Dave); his nieces, Emerson, Madelyn and Brynn; his nephew Liam; and his cousins, Jim (Megan), Karen, Matt (S. J.), Sarah (Rene), Angela (Matt), Steven (Jenna), Erica (Lynden), Hannah (Cole), Josh (Nikki) and Karli (Jack).
