He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Westhoven and Mary Westhoven. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Erin Westhoven, Matthew Westhoven and Ryan Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Chase, Alan, Colton and Andrew; and his friend Lee Whittington. He is also survived by 18 siblings.
