She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Gilbert and Albert Gilbert; her stepfather Raymond Quaintance; and her sister Paula Newby. She is survived by: her close friend Carl Quinn; her son Albert Quinn (Jackie); her grandchildren, Katina Quinn and Cassius Urban; and her siblings, Albert Gilbert, Raymond Quaintance (Amy), Susanna Elliott and Janice Williams (Virgil). She is also survived by children and any child brought home by her son.
