She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Lee Horn; her sister Gloria Jean Horn; her great grandchild Keni Thai Taylor; and her sisters, Karen Horn, Vanessa Walker and Patricia Horn.

She is survived by: her mother Mary Etta Horn; her children, Surron Horn (Jessica), William Curtis Bryant-Bey and Calisha Golladay (Rashad); her grandchildren, Tiara, Tyniece, Kenton, Ameenah, Ameen, Kelsey, Cyniah, London, Caiden, Ahmad, Logan and Keesan; her sisters, Linda, Emma, Michelle and Sharon Horn; and her close friends, William Bryant Bey, Marcus, Jaymon, Jasmine, Mika, Anna, Virgie, Ellie and Tracey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nephews, great nieces.
