He was predeceased by: his father John Patterson. He is survived by: his mother Carol (Mark); his wife Jodi; his children, Braelyn, Averie, Madisyn and Brayden; his sisters, Judie (Rob), Jane (Dave "PJ") and Wendy (Robin); his parents-in-law, Dave and Laurie; and his cousin Tracy (Ken). He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623).
