He was predeceased by: his mother Augustine Abbott; and his grandparents, Udell, Maureen Curl, Merle and Hazel Abbott.

He is survived by: his father Larry Abbott; his son Braxton; his sister Alicia (Mark Forte); and his sibling's children, Alivia Forte and Amir Forte. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
